2.2. Service Cancellation by WiseRetire
✔️ If we are unable to provide a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
✔️ Alternatively, you may opt to reschedule your session at no additional cost.

2.3. Dissatisfaction with Service
✔️ If you are dissatisfied with a service you received, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue.
✔️ Refunds for dissatisfaction will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to deductions for time already spent on the consultation.

2.4. Duplicate Payments
✔️ If you were charged twice for the same service due to a technical issue, a full refund will be processed upon verification.

3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:

❌ Completed consultations or financial analysis reports.
❌ Subscription-based services after the trial period (if applicable).
❌ Services that were used or partially completed, such as a multi-session consultation where one or more sessions have already taken place.
❌ Any refund requests made after 14 days from the original payment date.
❌ Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior cancellation (No-Show Policy).

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

5. Payment Processing & Refund Timeline

✔️ Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider, but typically take between 10-14 business days.

6. Rescheduling Policy
✔️ If you need to reschedule a consultation, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
✔️ Rescheduling is free of charge for the first two changes. Additional changes may incur a rescheduling fee.
✔️ Missed appointments without prior notice may result in a partial or full charge for the scheduled session.

7. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
✔️ If you believe there is an issue with your payment, we encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank.
✔️ Unauthorized chargebacks may result in a permanent restriction from using our services.
✔️ We work with financial institutions to resolve disputes fairly and efficiently.
